Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Bonita Beaus Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes and delivers orders placed by customers (“you”, “your”) within the United Kingdom.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.


2. Delivery and Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
As many of our products are pre-ordered or made-to-measure, estimated delivery times will vary depending on the nature of your order.
Estimated dispatch or delivery dates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

We will notify you once your order has been dispatched and provide tracking information where available.


3. Shipping Addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.
Please double-check your address before finalising your order.

  • We cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-delivery, or failure to collect from a local depot, you will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

  • Additional shipping charges will apply before your order is resent.

If you realise an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@bonitabeaus.co.uk. While we will do our best to amend your details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the parcel has been processed.


4. Missed Deliveries and Return to Sender

If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available to receive the parcel:

  • The courier may leave a calling card or contact you to rearrange delivery.

  • If the parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.

  • If you choose not to have the order resent, a refund (if applicable) will be issued minus the original shipping costs, provided the goods are eligible for return under our Returns Policy.


5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bonita Beaus Ltd is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier or postal service disruptions;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Customs clearance; or

  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@bonitabeaus.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Exchange Policy.


7. International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international delivery to selected destinations.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.

If an international order is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address, or failure to collect, you will be responsible for any return shipping and re-delivery costs.
If you decline re-delivery, a refund (if applicable) will be issued less all shipping, customs, and handling fees incurred.

 


8. Pre-Order Items

Certain items available through Bonita Beaus Ltd are sold on a pre-order basis.
If an item is marked as “PRE-ORDER” or includes a delivery timeframe such as “2–4 weeks” in the product title, colour, or size selection, this indicates that the product is not immediately available for dispatch.

Pre-order items typically require 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase to be processed, produced, and delivered.
Please be patient during this period, as production and shipping times may vary depending on demand and material availability.
You will be charged for shipping at checkout — this is standard practice for online orders and ensures your parcel is prioritised once your item is ready for dispatch.

We will notify you via email once your pre-order has been dispatched and provide tracking information where available.


9. In-Stock Items

Items listed as “In Stock” are generally dispatched within one (1) working day of order confirmation.
Delivery is usually completed within 1–2 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier service used.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, please note that occasional delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We appreciate your understanding should such delays arise.
