Refund policy

Exchange Only - NO REFUNDS

We have a strict 14-day return policy. You have up to 14 days from receiving your item to be eligible for an exchange. We DO NOT offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are denied if any of the above is detected.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bonitabeaus.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Remember to add your name and order number inside when returning.

Please send your return Signed For. We can not be responsible if an order goes missing.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, handmade or personalised items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Refunds are only accepted if your item is faulty. Though we do examine each item before being sent out. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
