Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Introduction

This Returns & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which Bonita Beaus Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for purchases made by customers (“you”, “your”) within the United Kingdom.
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2. Made-to-Measure Real Fur Orders

Certain real fur garments and accessories offered by Bonita Beaus Ltd are made-to-measure/bespoke or customised to your specifications.

In accordance with Regulation 28(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel or return goods does not apply to items that are:

Made to the consumer’s specifications; or
Clearly personalised.

Accordingly, made-to-measure real fur items cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged once production has commenced, except in the case of a manufacturing defect (see Section 4).

3. Pre-Ordered and Standard-Size Items

For pre-ordered or standard-size real fur items that are not made-to-measure or personalised, we offer an exchange-only policy.

This means:

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order;
The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging;
Exchanges are subject to stock availability; and
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).

Refunds are not available for pre-ordered or standard-size items, except in cases of confirmed fault or damage.

4. Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@bonitabeaus.co.uk
Please provide:

Your order number;
Clear photographs of the issue; and
A brief description of the problem.

Once the matter has been assessed, and if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion, a repair, replacement, or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Natural Variations in Fur

Real fur is a natural material. Variations in colour, pattern, density, and texture are inherent characteristics and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. These variations are not considered defects.
