PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If an item has 2/4 WEEKS in either the colour/size/title it will take 2/4 weeks or given lead time for your order to be delivered. Please be patient, we can assure you it is worth the wait!
Before checkout, you will pay a shipping price. This is a standard when ordering online. If you have a pre-order item in your order, it will take the 2/4 weeks to be delivered. You should expect your item 2/4 working days after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
If In-Stock & Pre-Order items are ordered together. They will be sent out when all items are made and ready to send. If you need your in-stock items sent before the Pre-Order, send us an email.
Please note International Orders (Republic of Ireland) Will be sent all together we cannot send orders separately.
If your order goes over the allocated time frame we should have already contacted you via Email explaining the reason for delays. Please email or DM if you have any questions
 

IN-STOCK ITEMS

We aim to send orders within 1/2 days although it can be slightly longer if we are extremely busy. Orders aim to be delivered within 2/4 working days once dispatched. If orders are delayed once we have sent. This is out of our control.

SHIPPING POLICY 

UK1st Class Signed For - £5.55 - 2/4 working days to be delivered. 
UK 1st Class Large Letter - £3.00 - Valid for certain items depending on weight.
UK Next Day Delivery by 12pm - £10. Email or DM us to arrange.
IrelandInternational Tracked&Signed - £18 - Allow 7/14 working days to be delivered.
There is a slight chance of delays which we are not responsible for.
 
 

LOST ITEMS

If you believe your item is lost/not been received, please contact us immediately and we will put in an investigation with Royal Mail before serving the right for a refund/resend items out. This can take up to 30 working days. We are not the shipping company and take no responsibility for orders once are in delivery service’s hands. Please note we do NOT refund shipping costs under any circumstances.
If you input the wrong address and it doesn't arrive with either end, we are not responsible and cannot offer refunds.
 
If your item is returned to sender (Bonita Beaus) for any reason that is not our mistake, once returned we will contact you to pay for the re-delivery. If your item is lost in this time it is not our responsibility and we cannot offer a refund.
When ordering from us you are agreeing to our Policy. 


EXCHANGE 

We have a strict 14-day return policy. You have up to 14 days from receiving your item to be eligible for an exchange. We DO NOT offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are denied if any of the above is detected.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bonitabeaus.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Remember to add your name and order number inside when returning.

Please send your return Signed For. We can not be responsible if an order goes missing.


Non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, handmade or personalised items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds


Refunds are only accepted if your item is faulty. Though we do examine each item before being sent out. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
